IN-HOME TRIAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
First-time at-home CLMBR purchasers are eligible for our 30-Day In-Home Trial ("In-Home Trial), pursuant to which you will be able to try your new CLMBR within 30 days of installation. If you’re not satisfied with your CLMBR experience, simply reach out to our Customer Support Team within 30 days of installation and we’ll coordinate the return of your CLMBR. If you return your CLMBR within 30 days, you will receive a full refund less delivery and installation costs, provided that interest amounts paid to CLMBR financing partners may not be refunded.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR IN-HOME TRIAL?
- First-time at-home purchasers of a new CLMBR.
WHAT IS REFUNDABLE?
- The cost of your CLMBR machine order (including tax, but less delivery cost) within 30 days after delivery and assembly.
- Your CLMBR Membership fee purchased with your CLMBR.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?
- Please contact our Customer Support Team at support@clmbr.com. We will schedule the pickup of your CLMBR if a return is requested within 30 days after delivery and assembly at no cost to you (as long as you are in an eligible territory).
IN-HOME TRIAL DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING:
- More than one individual CLMBR per customer.
- CLMBRs returned with excessive wear and tear.
- In-Home Trial is not offered to deliveries in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands, and ferry-only accessible locations.
- To determine if your address is in an eligible territory, please contact our Customer Support Team using the contact information below.
- All commercial sales of CLMBR are not subject to these In-Home Trial terms. To learn more about CLMBR’s commercial sales program, please click here.
- Other promotions from CLMBR may not be combined with In-Home Trial.
